First picture is taken as it is. Some action is being taken place as you see the change in the second and third picture, you have to guess what is happening behind the scene.

Explain what task is taking place as there are some changes in second and third picture !

Reply on the comments for the possible answers! It might be easier to figure out the change, but what task is being performed to cause these change can be tricky unless it is a piece of cake to some minds 😁
